  • Load debts online (individual and bulk load facility)
  • Create reports
  • Make requests of Credit Consultants for further action

Tracing

We provide both database and external field agent skip tracing services:-

  • We employ specialist team members in these areas.
  • We utilise the most up to date and state of the art tracing facilities to enable us to locate and recover payments from debtors who have either absconded domestically or internationally, ensuring maximised collections.

Default Listing

Credit Consultants is able to electronically load default data with an external agency with this information being updated as and when there is any change to this data.

Overseas Collection Capability

Many debtors attempt to evade their debts by moving offshore. Credit Consultants has established global networks with collection and field agent service providers in:-

We have a team of IT professionals that can liaise with our clients in order to develop a customised load routine to load volume debts.  This routine includes confirmation emails back to our client confirming the amount and number of debts loaded.
