One to One Service and Accountability

At Credit Consultants you have one-to-one contact with the Manager responsible for the overall account relationship,  and  one-to-one  contact with the  person  responsible  for  your  day  to day business requirements. Both are experts in their field and accountable for delivering exceptional service and the best possible business outcomes.

The Credit Consultants team is specifically dedicated to the delivery of fast, focused and efficient service, whether in the area of debt recovery or any of our other services. 

Our intention is to service our Client’s accounts in a way that exceeds our Clients expectations. Our people and our clients make our Company. For our Company to operative effectively and successfully we need to be able to listen to both. We need to perform to optimum levels providing the service that reflects our clients’ needs.

We are determined to provide our staff with training and resources that will enable each staff member to feel empowered in their own particular areas. In relation to our clients, we want our team members to feel they are working with you, not for you.  The “working with you” approach is a significant contributor to enhanced collections.

All staff that have direct liaison with clients, are competent communicators and value this aspect of their roles. They are and will be aware of any situations, occurrences, and potential issues that could have an impact on the service provided and will be capable of recommending or developing appropriate solutions expediently. 

Capability, Development & Training

At the commencement of employment with Credit Consultants each team member is provided with and participates in the following:-

  • Job Description
  • Induction Plan
  • Performance Management framework encompassing:-
      • Key Result Areas & associated measurement including quantitative and qualitative
        KPI’s.
      • Behavioural Competency Skills Assessment and plan of action
      • Personal Development Plan

Emphasis is placed on ensuring all team members have the required competency skills and resources to meet the requirements of the role and in doing so ensure our debt practice standards are maintained.

Performance and Review

Credit Consultants is a firm advocate in promoting formal meetings on a regular basis for the purpose of analysing data included in presented reports, and also for the opportunity to evaluate overall service levels. Credit Consultants is committed to enhancing its effectiveness, and is convinced from experience that the closer the relationship that is formed with our clients, the greater the understanding of their businesses and processes, leading to maximised results.
 
Credit Consultants continually reviews its procedures and systems. Where change will increase levels of effectiveness, we are, and will continue to be proactive in making change. We are keen to work with our clients in discussing processes and actively encourage input.
 
Credit Consultants aim is to provide transparent accountability in terms of ensuring our business processes and our operational team are working to and exceeding specific client and internal targets. While KPI’s form a major part of any partnership relationship, it is our goal and desire to exceed set targets and KPI’s.
